Question: | What do you think of meat replacement products such as Quorn? |
Answer: | Quorn is microprotein produced from mushrooms that some people are allergic to or that can aggravate yeast intolerance. But if you have no reaction to it, then there should be no problem eating it. However, I' d advise that you don' t eat it every day, but mix in other sources of vegetable protein for example, soya products such as tofu and tempura, pulses (such as lentils and beans) mixed with rice, quinoa (the protein-rich South American grain), seeds or fish. |
