Question:Do slimming drinks like Calorad really work?
Answer:Calorad was recently exposed as a scam and the importer was found guilty of making false claims about the product. There' s certainly nothing in it that offers instant weight loss. Although not all slimming drinks are such a con, most make unrealistic claims. They leave you craving food, and even if they do the trick in the short term, the weight usually piles right back on afterwards. A sensible (solid) diet is almost always best. As far as supplements are concerned, hydroxycitric acid (HCA), which is extracted from the tamarind plant, can help stop excess carbohydrates being stored as fat, as can 200mcg a day of the mineral chromium.
