Question: | What can you recommend for morning sickness? |
Answer: | Morning sickness has been shown to respond well to 50mg of vitamin B6 twice a day and 200 to 500mg of magnesium once a day, plus sufficient B12 and folic acid (which you will get from a good multivitamin). Ginger may also help to relieve the sickness and settle your stomach - take either in capsules or as tea. To make the tea, chop or grate fresh ginger root into a cup and add boiling water. Steep for five minutes before drinking. |
