| Answer: | The main reason that Arnold Schwarzenegger looks the way he does because of his genes (most important), then his exercise program and diet. You may improve your muscle definition, strength and fitness by exercise and a good diet, but still not look the same as your idol.
Anabolic steroids may artificially increase your muscle bulk and strength, but as a side effect you may suffer impotence, shrunken testes, infertility, development of breasts, vomiting, headaches, jaundice (liver damage) and heart damage. Their use for this purpose is also illegal, and anyone supplying you with them may be prosecuted.
Be sensible, rationalise your ideals, and enjoy life!
